V.I. 2010 property tax bills
The U.S. Virgin Islands property tax bills for 2010 are being issued. A 5% discount is offered to those property owners paying by July 16, 2012. For those property owners paying taxes after July 16th through July 30, 2012 will benefit from a 2.5% discount.
VITEMA Tests Tsunami Warning Sirens
The V.I. Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA) will be testing the territory’s new tsunami alert system at 10 a.m. this morning.
