Giving Back to the Community

Having never forgotten the warmth and friendliness of the people on St. Croix when she first arrived here in 1972, Diana chose the real estate industry as a way of giving back to the community. She thoroughly enjoys showing and selling real estate in the USVI, especially on St. Croix. Assisting others with the desire to vacation or relocate to “America’s Paradise” is what Diana does best.

Diana became a licensed REALTOR® in 1986 while working as a sales/broker associate for many St. Croix offices, both local and franchise. Capitalizing on her self confidence, skills, dedication, experience, knowledge and strong belief in ethics, she branched out on her own by creating Paradise Properties. This independent move has shown proven success since 1996.

Personal, Knowledgeable and Effective

Diana’s associates often tell her that she’s “always thinking,” and it’s true. Although she keeps a low profile when it comes to emphasizing her volume of sales and listings, you’ll often hear competitors comment on the level of competition Paradise Properties gives larger firms, keeping right up there with selling and listing statistics. Diana’s vast local knowledge and connections outweighs all the technology in the world.

Diana’s clients appreciate the confidentiality afforded by a small office, as well as the personalized attention given to their needs. Diana almost always answers her own phone, which is a clear indication of her availability and dedication. Most importantly, she recognizes the specific needs of both locals and newcomers as they buy and sell real estate.

Professional and Personal Affiliations

As a REALTOR® member of the St. Croix Board of Realtors, Diana has served as Board Director, Secretary, Chairperson of the Education Committee, Public Relations Chair several years running, and Membership Committee Chair.

When not selling properties, Diana volunteers with non-profit organizations including the St. Croix Landmarks Society, Women’s Coalition of St. Croix and the Animal Welfare Shelter. Her favorite pastime by far is sailing and participating in regattas, either as a volunteer for the St. Croix Yacht Club’s Race Committee or as crew on racing and cruising sailing yachts. She also teaches exercise and toning classes at the Kalima Wellness Center.
